5.1 Introduction

As each professional skill can be demonstrated in many ways, it is common to have stories about some of them, but not all of them. In this section, we provide a process and some examples for you to set SMART (Specific, Measureable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals to help you develop the professional skills and behaviours that are in need of further development.
